SRC Contracts and Intellectual Property

The mission of the SRC Contracts and Intellectual Property Office is:

To oversee the implementation of SRC's contract and intellectual property policies, procedures, and recognition programs for all SRC supported research programs including GRC, FCRP, NRI, SRCEA and Emerging Research Initiatives.
To implement the formal business agreements for research projects at Universities.
To serve as a collection point for invention disclosures, assuring their appropriate evaluation, prioritization, and processing.
To provide a focal point for patent information.
To facilitate the transfer of research deliverables from Universities to SRC on behalf of our Members and Participants.
To assure and preserve IP licensing rights for SRC-funded technologies.
To assure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
