Guidelines for 4 Page Paper and Electronic Submission
4-Page Paper: Deadline is June 15, 2010
- Papers should be no more than four (4) pages including figures and graphs.
- The short abstract submitted with this 4-page paper should be about 180 words; it will be used for the Conference Program and posted to the web before TECHCON.
- The title on the original 4-page paper submission will be the title used in the Confrence Program, on the website and on the poster title board.
- Format of the 4-page paper, e.g., number of columns, line spacing, etc., is your choice. Font should be at least 10 point. In order to submit the paper it must be saved as a Word document or Adobe Acrobat PDF.
- All papers should include as a header, title, presenter and university, other authors and affiliations.
- Papers will be published to the SRC website two days prior to the conference and as part of the TECHCON 2009 Proceedings after the conference.
Electronic Submission
- You will need an active website account. If you need to activate your account, click here.
- All papers must be submitted electronically via the SRC website. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- The submission process begins with logging onto the SRC website at www.src.org. Please follow the provided link to the online submission form.
- Follow the instructions provided on each page of the form.
- Upon completion of the form you will receive an email within one hour from DBADMIN@src.org; please be sure your spam filter does not block this address. This email will list the publication number assigned to your submission. This is the only record you will receive to verify the completion. Please save this for your records.
- It is the student's responsibility to ensure timely submission of his or her 4-page paper to SRC. The final deadline is June 15, 2010. Because we have a very tight schedule to meet printing deadlines, no extensions will be granted. You will not receive travel information without a complete submission.
