21 - 35 Well researched, statistically sound technical information, data and/or results
11 - 20 Moderately researched, apparently sound technical information data and/or results
0 - 10 Little or questionable technical information, data and/or results
Perceived Value (0 - 15 points)
11 - 15 Demonstrates clear understanding of semiconductor industry technology barriers (e.g., ITRS, SRC needs documents)
6 - 10 Demonstrates some understanding of semiconductor industry technology barriers (e.g., ITRS, SRC needs documents)
0 - 5 Presentation demonstrates little understanding of semiconductor industry technology barriers (e.g., ITRS, SRC needs documents)
Technology/Information Transfer (0 - 20 points)
15 - 20 Work demonstrates transfer of technology/information between one or more member companies and the university research team; excellent participation by industry experts
