Manager, Business Technology and Communicated Insight

Jennifer Dickens is the Manager of Business Technology and Communicated Insight. Her goals are to implement tools to support customers' value extraction, build relationships to maximize customer engagement, and implement infrastructure to support operations.

For over 20 years, Jennifer has been working in various technical roles that allow her to focus on helping people solve problems. She is highly skilled at critical thinking, creative problem solving, and compelling storytelling. A natural communicator, her experience has given her a great understanding of people, and she loves to inspire both colleagues and customers with her enthusiasm and sometimes ridiculous optimism.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Berry College, with minor concentrations in Sociology and Psychology. She was proud to be selected as part of the inaugural class of Bonner Scholars at Berry, sponsored by the Corella and Bertram F. Bonner Foundation. This opportunity allowed Jennifer to volunteer nearly 300 hours of community service per school year, resulting in a lifelong passion for service. When not thinking up the next big thing, Jennifer has a passion for LEGO, video games, LEGO video games, art, jigsaw puzzles, and spending time with her family and pets.
