Karen Di Spigna

Chief Accounting Officer, Finance and Contracts

As Chief Accounting Officer at SRC, Karen Di Spigna is responsible for managing all aspects of finance, contracts and intellectual property for all of SRC’s entities. Prior to joining SRC in 2008, Karen was an Audit Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Raleigh, North Carolina, working in their Assurance and Business Advisory Services practice. At PwC, she served both private and public companies in a wide range of business sectors. 

Karen has her BS in Accounting from the State University of New York at Geneseo and she is a Certified Public Accountant with licenses in both North Carolina and New York.
