Biography: Jonathan McCune

Jonathan McCune is an Engineer on Google's Security Team, where he works to design, build, and deploy innovative system security mechanisms. He earned his Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University in 2009, and received the A.G. Jordan thesis award. He received his B.Sc. degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Virginia (UVA). Jonathan's interests include systems, trustworthy computing, virtualization, firmware, and applied cryptography.
