Scott Stephens

Mr. Stephens serves as Director of EG GSC and Product Cybersecurity as of September 2013. His mission is to create the industries most advanced SC CS capabilities and turn it into a significant HP go-to-market competitive advantage. Scott is a member of the Cybersecurity RFQ task force under the HP Product Cybersecurity Governance Board.

Scott retired in August 2013 from U.S. Army Active Duty as a Senior Intelligence Officer of twenty one years’ service. He is a subject matter expert in key activities within Computer Network Operations (CNO) and cyber exploitation and security within the Department of Defense and the National Security Agency/Central Security Service (NSA/CSS) with experience at the tactical, operational, and joint/strategic levels. Scott served in critical assignments responsible for developing, planning, and executing global operations comprising complex multidiscipline cyber warfare and intelligence missions. He lived and worked extensively around the world to include South America, South Korea, Europe, and Middle East, including multiple combat tours in areas of conflict.

Mr. Stephens graduated with a B.S. in Police Science/Law Enforcement from Sam Houston State University, and a Masters in Computer Information Management from Webster’s University.
