Abstract

A quad-output elastic switched capacitor converter with four cores and per-core low dropout regulators (LDOs) is fabricated
in 130nm CMOS. Measurements reveal 87% peak power efficiency and 150% increase in core-frequency range, thus
enabling wider dynamic voltage and frequency scaling (DVFS).
