A Small Area Multioutput Switched Capacitor Converter for Low Power Electronics

This paper presents a novel small area multi output switched capacitor dc-dc buck converter for ultra low power electronics. The multi output switched capacitor has an input voltage of 1.2V and generates two output voltage levels of 1V and 0.6V simultaneously using time multilexing technique in order to support multiple power domains. The multioutut switched capacitor converter provides a high voltage domain of 1V and 0.6V over a load current of 1uA till 300uA and 1uA till 10uA, respectively.
