If you have any questions, feel free to contact Mary Altman by email or phone (919-941-9448).

Center e-Workshops

Announcements and registration information need be sent to the nCORE SAB and Associates two full weeks in advance of the e-Workshop. Mary Altman will forward the information to the appropriate distribution lists.  We prefer that the e-Workshops be added to our calendar one full month in advance. Please note that we will not post an event on our website without a title and presenter name. If you do not have the final title for an e-Workshop, we will use the title of the theme with which the presenter is associated.

Foreign Travel Guidelines

The purpose of all travel funded by your contract should be substantially related to the nCORE-sponsored research program. In addition, foreign travel requires the prior approval of the Executive Director or Program Manager; approval should be requested 60 days in advance of travel. Please send your foreign travel approval requests to Mary Altman. Include the name and university of the traveler, name, location and date of conference, and the total estimated costs.

Annual Review Presentations

The theme presentations for the center annual reviews should be available to the nCORE SAB and Associates one week in advance of the meeting. All theme presentations should be uploaded to the SRC website or sent to Mary Altman via email and she will upload them to the SRC website. A confirmation will be sent to each theme leader and center director after the presentations have been posted.
