Kwok Ng

SRC is pleased to announce that Dr. Kwok Ng has been selected to be elevated to IEEE Fellow as part of its 2010 Class of Fellows. Dr. Ng has been the Device Sciences Director at SRC since 2007, previously he was with Bell Labs. He is being recognized by IEEE for contributions to the optimization of intrinsic parasitics in metal-oxide semiconductor field-effect transistor design.

Each year IEEE Board of Directors confers the Grade of Fellow to persons with extraordinary records of accomplishments in any of the IEEE fields of interest. The number selected in any one year does not exceed one-tenth of one percent of the total voting membership of IEEE, thus making this a very exclusive group of recipients.
