We would like to welcome Dr. Avram Bar-Cohen as the new DARPA Program Manager for STARnet. Dr. Bar-Cohen is a Program Manager in the Microsystems Technology Office and is also responsible for the ICECool and Thermal Management Technologies programs.  He has worked with the semiconductor industry for many years on thermal management challenges and graduated numerous mechanical engineering Ph.D. students who now work in the industry.  View his DARPA bio.

We also welcome Dr. Daniel Radack, Institute for Defense Analyses, and Jeannie Osborne, DARPA, to the program. Dr. Radack is now the STARnet Science Advisory Board Representative for DARPA and Jeannie will be replacing Tammy Salek as the new Program SETA.
