Author's Kit: Instructions for Submitting Oral Presentation

Presentation Materials: DEADLINE IS August 23, 2016

Please follow these instructions carefully; our time and resources to solve problems at the conference will be very limited.
Presentation will be by computer projection. Each student is required to submit electronic files for his/her presentation by August 23, 2016. No updates will be accepted online between August 23 and September 11.
You are required to bring your final presentation on a USB flash drive to poster setup on Sunday, September 11th beginning at 2:00 pm.
Save your presentation in .pdf format, and submit via the online submission form . SRC computers are loaded with PowerPoint 2013. In the notes field of the online submission form, please include the following information:

e.g., 1.1_jdoe_6080 (your paper number was included in your acceptance letter for TECHCON 2016.)

Please refer to the Guidelines for 4-Page Papers and Electronic Submission if you have questions about submitting your oral presentation online.
All final presentations are to be uploaded to SRC computers in the Rio Grande Exhibit Hall on the lower level on Sunday, September 11 from 2:00-6:00pm (local time).
A session map will be available at poster set-up. Staff will be available to be sure your presentation is correct and filed appropriately for projection during your specific session. All presentations must be uploaded by 6:00 pm; posters must also be up by 6:00 pm. Poster Instructions are a separate file in the Author’s Kit). Presentation files uploaded at this time will be used for projection during your session and will be available on the SRC website after the conference as part of the conference proceedings.
Please review your presentation on an SRC computer at the scheduled time to be sure fonts, etc. are correct.
