TECHCON 2017 Student wins COMSOL Best Paper award.

The Best Paper award, one of three, issued in the 2017 COMSOL Conference was awarded to a paper featured at TECHCON. Numerical modeling based on thermodynamics of phase transitions is used to emulate resistive switching phenomena in nonvolatile memory device to reproduce unique features of the I-V characteristics.
