    Brandon Noia Receives Best Presentation Award

    Congratulations to Brandon Noia who earned the Best Oral Presentation award for his presentation "Pre-Bond Probing of TSVs in 3D Stacked ICs" at the Duke University Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering Graduate Research Workshop The award provides $2,000 toward travel to any conference of the recipient's choice. Brandon is an Intel Foundations/SRCEA Fellow and his research is conducted under the direction of Professor Krishnendu Chakrabarty at Duke University. Professor Chakrabarty is funded throught the GRC Research Program.

    INDEX Graduate Research Assistant Wins Excellence Award

    Congratulations to Shaloo Rakheja who received the Graduate Research Assistant Excellence Award from the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology. This award consists of a $500 check and a plaque that she will receive at the ECE Award Ceremony on April 25. Shaloo's research on the latency and energy costs of communicating novel state variables has been funded by INDEX and Intel PhD Fellowship.
