Neuro-inspired Algorithms and Theory

Neuro‐inspired theory and algorithms will expand the scope of neuro‐inspired algorithms from perception to reasoning and decision making, develop the theoretical underpinnings of neuromorphic computing, and drive improvements in the robustness of neuro‐inspired algorithms, while working with the other themes to ensure that the developed algorithms are well‐matched to the proposed hardware fabrics and distributed platforms on which they will be executed.
